Greg’s is coming back with a revamped menu that adds creativity to the freshest flavours and hottest ingredients available in Xiamen. For all the seafood lovers, the worldwide famous Gillardeau oysters are now available. Freshly imported from France, they are served with a touch of red vinegar and lemon, the way they are meant to be eaten. Canadian lobsters have also found their way to the kitchen to be prepared with cognac and slowly gratinated with Emmental cheese. Japanese scallops are delicately married with saffron that will explode in your mouth. Escargots are still the star of the menu and the most sought after dish of the city.
