Presentation: Take a plate, pour the tomato sauce on the bottom of the plate, add the tagliatelle on the middle and on the top put the stuffed calamari sliced add fresh herbs on the top & some roasted cherry tomato.

150 grm. Minced Pork
1 pc. Egg
10 grm. Parsley
15 grm. Garlic

Directions
Stuffing the Calamari
- Clean & take of the calamari skin.
- In a bowl, add minced pork, chopped onions, parsley& garlic, add white egg and salt/pepper.
- Stuffed the calamari with pork minced and closed in a cross with 2 skewers (depend on the size of the squid, I suggest middle size).
- Put inside the tomato sauce and cook for 1 hour half.
The Tagliatelle
- Take a sauce pan, boiled the water with salt. After add tagliatelle and cook for 6 to 8 mins. strain and keep warm.
The Tomato Sauce
- In a large pot, add olive oil and when is hot, add onions & garlic.
- Add the fresh tomato, stir for few minute, add the tomato concentrate and the herbs (oregano & basil).
- Add water and cooked between 2 hours.
- Keep the sauce hot before you served.
